Block Print Top 1
This one of a kind top is made from a block printed 100% cotton poplin. I made the blocks and hand printed the fabric. It’s a white fabric with a lavender blue and black print. It has a yoke and gathered body and puff sleeves. It can be worn 2 ways with the ties at the front or the back. Could also be worn as a light “jacket” over a dress.

This top is from a project I did called Noisy January, so the inner label will read Noisy January instead of Out of Line.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days on all in stock full price items. Buyer must contact us stating reason for return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in pristine condition. Returns will be canceled on any items sent back in less than pristine condition.
