When will my order ship?

Ready to ship items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Made to order items take 2-3 weeks to make and ship.

How do you ship?

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, there are options at checkout to upgrade to priority and express shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, shipping will be calculated at checkout. All extra duties and fee’s are the customers responsibility.

I live in Seattle, is it possible to pick up my order?

I don’t offer studio pickups at this time.

What is the fit of your clothing, how do I find my size?

Most Out of Line garments are true to size. Go by your measurements as related to the size chart for a fit like the photo. If you like a tighter or looser fit size up or down accordingly. The sizing chart lists your measurements, not the measurements of the garment. Model measurements and size of garments are listed on product pages for a visual example of fit.

What’s the best way to care for my garment?

I recommend washing all garments in cold on gentle. Air drying helps with the longevity of a garment. All fabric is pre washed before cutting so the garments won’t shrink if you choose to tumble dry low.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, I accept returns for store credit within 7 days of receiving the item. For more info on returns see here.

What does made to order mean?

Made to order means that the garment is not made until the order is placed. Production time on made to order pieces is 2-3 weeks.
